The Trinity Holistic Healing

What to Expect

The whole process, plainly — from your first message to your first session.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a lot. Especially when you're already carrying the hardest thing in your life.

So let's make the process clear.

Step one

Right after you reach out

A member of the team replies by email within 48 hours. That's the commitment, whether you wrote through the contact page, the Help button, or the form at the bottom of any page.

Prefer to talk? Call (817) 829-1214.

Step two

The free 15-minute call

You'll speak with a licensed clinician. Not a call center.

The call happens by phone or video. There's no charge, no card, and no commitment. You share what brought you in, in whatever words come. The clinician tells you honestly whether and how the practice can help, and which clinician or service fits.

Then you decide what happens next. Including nothing at all.

If The Trinity isn't the right fit, they'll say so and point you somewhere that is. This is not a therapy session, and nothing is billed.

Step three

Finding the right practitioner

You'll be matched with a specific practitioner based on that conversation.

But what if it doesn't feel right? You can tell your clinician directly, or use the Help button on any page, and the practice re-matches you without awkwardness. Changing is allowed. Finding the right fit matters more than sparing anyone's feelings.

Step four

Your first session

Your story, at your pace. Your clinician will ask about your history, what you're experiencing, and what you want to change. Together, you'll begin building a plan.

You do not have to be ready to talk about the hardest thing. You set the pace.

Where

In person or by video

Telehealth is available across Texas by secure video. In-person sessions take place in Fort Worth.

Scheduling and telehealth run through SimplePractice, the practice's secure client system — the same place your appointments, reminders, and video links live.

Before you arrive

Paperwork and what to bring

Intake and consent paperwork arrives through the same secure portal before your first appointment, and you can complete it from your phone.

If you're using insurance, have your insurance card handy. The Trinity is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna / Evernorth, and Medicare — current details are on the Pricing & Insurance page.

The honest fine print

Cancellation and rescheduling

Late cancellations within 24 hours of a session, and no-shows, are billed the complete session fee — even with insurance.

Reschedule earlier than that and it costs nothing, through the same portal you booked in.

Between us

Confidentiality

What you share stays private, with the standard legal limits: danger to yourself or someone else, abuse of a child or a vulnerable person, or a court order. Your clinician will walk through exactly what this means before you begin, and you can ask anything about it on the free call.

The natural next step

Ready when you are

The free consultation is where all of this starts. Fifteen minutes, no charge, and you decide everything that happens after.
