Wellness Plans & Concierge Tiers

A rhythm of care, month to month

Each plan is an ongoing relationship rather than a series of appointments. Every one includes the member Dashboard and Library.

Relationship & Couples Concierge

Cared for as a household

One membership covering both partners. Each of you gets your own sign-in, and either can book the sessions the plan includes.

After joining, the paying partner invites the other by email from the member portal; the second partner links it from their own account. Sessions are booked through our scheduler as usual.

The Direct Care Model

Care without the middle

The Wellness Plans are direct-pay. You pay your team, and your team answers to you, not to a claims department. That is what makes the rest of it possible.

  • Transparent pricing. One monthly figure, published. No surprise billing, no explanation-of-benefits to decode.
  • Unhurried attention. Sessions run to what the work needs, not to what a code allows.
  • No prior authorisation. Nothing waits on approval, and no diagnosis is required to justify your care.
  • Concierge access. Direct, secure messaging with your team between visits.
  • Your record stays yours. Direct care means nothing is filed to an insurer on your behalf.

Already in network with us? You can still use your benefits for the services we bill to insurance. Your plan may cover those visits, and you would be responsible for any co-pay. The membership itself is separate from insurance and is not billed to it.

Late cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are billed the complete session fee, even if the client has insurance.
