The Trinity Holistic Healing

A Team Built Around Relationships

Founded by Vannah Hughes-Isbell, M.A., LPC-Associate, LCDC, CSAT, Trinity was created from a vision that healing happens through connection. As Founder and Visionary, Vannah designed Trinity to provide relationship-centered, whole-person care that integrates mental health, family systems, addiction recovery, and holistic wellness.

Our therapists help individuals, couples, families, teens, and children heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and create lasting emotional wellness.

Through a blend of clinical expertise, family support, and holistic care, we help people build healthier connections with themselves and the people they love.

The Trinity is built as one house rather than a corridor of separate offices. There is an old idea Vannah keeps close — the wholeness and peace of a house — and it shapes how this practice is put together: a counselor, a psychiatric provider, a Reiki master, a yoga teacher and a financial advisor are not competing services but parts of one person's care. Everyone here keeps their own name, their own practice and their own way of working. They are simply stronger standing together, and so is the person sitting in front of them.

Hannah Eboagu

Registered & Licensed Dietitian — Nutrition & Performance

MCN, RD, LD, MHFA

Hannah Eboagu is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who works where nutrition meets performance — and where it quietly meets mental health. She earned her Bachelor's in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and her Master of Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center. Her clinical background spans elite athletic performance — high school through professional, including NFL athletes — as well as adaptive nutrition for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and complex care needs. That range is why she fits here. The person fueling for a game and the person whose depression has flattened their appetite are working on the same system: energy, focus, sleep, recovery, regulation. Hannah is Mental Health First Aid certified and collaborates directly with your therapist, prescriber, and holistic practitioners — nutrition as part of the treatment plan, not a separate errand. Her approach is practical and sustainable. No elimination lists, no moralizing about food, no plan that falls apart in week three. She works with high performers, neurodivergent clients and families, individuals with special needs, and anyone whose body has stopped cooperating with the life they're trying to live. She describes her work as both profession and ministry — a small impact in people's big lives. Now accepting nutrition clients. Telehealth across Texas, in-person in DFW.
