The Trinity Holistic Healing
Sports Therapy
Sport as the therapy — movement, coaching and team as a way through. Opening soon.
Not everyone heals sitting in a chair. For a lot of people — especially men, teenagers, and anyone whose body needs somewhere to put what it's carrying — the way in is through movement, competition, and a coach who takes them seriously.
The Trinity is bringing in coaches, physical trainers and sports professionals who use sport itself as the therapeutic work. It's being built now; here's what it will be.

What sports therapy will cover
The same goals as the rest of the practice, reached on a field instead of a couch — with practitioners who know both the sport and the clinical reason you're there.
- Anger management — somewhere legitimate for the intensity to go
- ADHD energy management — structure and output instead of suppression
- Autism support — predictable movement, clear rules, sensory-aware coaching
- Family bonding — parents and kids in the same activity, on the same side
- Confidence and discipline work for teens who respond to a coach
Judgment-free by design: no fitness prerequisite, no athletic background assumed, no weigh-ins.

Tournaments and sign-up events
Alongside one-to-one work, sports therapy will run tournaments and open sign-up events listed with the practice's other groups and events — low-stakes ways to show up, be part of something, and let the therapeutic part happen sideways.
Want to know when the first event opens? Send us a note and we'll tell you first.
