Terms of Use
Effective July 5, 2026 · The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services LLC
Welcome. By using thetrinityholistichealing.com — including the self-assessments, research surveys, resource library, member portal, shop, and any other feature — you agree to these terms.
This website is education, not treatment
- The self-assessments and check-ins are educational screening tools. They estimate likelihood and severity; they are not a diagnosis and never a substitute for evaluation by a licensed professional.
- Reading this website, taking a screening, or creating an account does not create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only through a formal intake with our practice.
- Content on this site — articles, resources, astrology features, and results pages — is offered for education, reflection, and self-discovery.
- If you are in crisis, do not use this website to seek help: call or text 988, or call 911.
Accounts and honest use
- Keep your sign-in email accurate; the magic-link email is the key to your account.
- Submit only content you have the right to share, and never impersonate someone else — including in anonymous reviews.
- We may hide or remove submitted content (such as reviews) that is abusive, unlawful, or spam, and may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Membership and purchases
- Paid membership, when offered, is billed through Stripe under the price and terms shown at checkout.
- Shop items may be fulfilled by third parties (such as Printful or Amazon); their shipping and return policies apply to those purchases.
- Some resource links are affiliate links, always labeled, which may earn the practice a commission at no cost to you.
Your submissions
When you submit survey answers, reviews, or research responses, you give us permission to store them and use them in aggregate (never identifying you) to understand community needs and improve our services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Trinity name, logo, site design, articles, and Trinity-authored instruments belong to the practice. Standardized screening instruments (such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7) belong to their respective authors and are used as public-domain or freely available tools, with their sources credited on each screening.
Limits of liability
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, the practice is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself — including reliance on educational content, screening results, third-party links, or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits our professional responsibilities to clients within a formal therapy relationship.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them as the platform grows (for example, when member messaging and newsletters launch); the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
