Tom Hermann
Financial Advisor
Services provided: Financial Planning · Financial Coaching
Tom Hermann has spent more than a decade in financial services, and here's what he's figured out: spreadsheets don't change people. Stories do.
Everybody knows they should save more and spend less. They've read the books and downloaded the apps, and they've made the same New Year's resolution six years in a row. But somewhere underneath, an old story keeps whispering that there's never enough, that they have to earn their worth, or that the next number will finally make them feel safe.
Tom's work as a coach helps people swap the stories that keep them stuck for ones that set them free. Then, as a financial advisor, he can help build a plan that actually looks like the person holding it. He believes money was never meant to be a scoreboard. It's more like a wheelbarrow, made for carrying good things to the people and places you love.
Tom learned this the hard way. When his son was diagnosed with leukemia and spent two years in treatment, including a bone marrow transplant, his family found out firsthand how heavy money can get and how much lighter it feels when you're not carrying it alone.
A former college basketball player, Tom still thinks the best things happen on a team. His faith shapes everything he does, and there's a seat at his table for anyone. He's here to help you build a life that feels wildly, unreasonably alive, with a plan to match.
