Services provided: Technology Consulting · Therapy Dog Visits · Music Healing · Entrepreneurial Consultation · Performance Optimization · Business Coaching
Michael Hughes-Isbell is Chief of Technology & Digital Innovations Officer of The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services, LLC, where he owns the digital systems, the website and app experience, technology strategy, and the security of everything behind them. He joined as Director of Technology and Digital Strategy in May 2026 and moved into the officer role that August.
His work keeps the online side of the practice accessible and straightforward for clients, clinicians, and community partners, and he sets the direction on technology, automation, AI integration, and where the systems go next. All of it supports The Trinity's mission of accessible, modern, secure, client-centered mental health and holistic wellness care across Fort Worth, DFW, and telehealth throughout Texas.
Outside the practice, Michael offers business consulting to owners and founders who want to grow with better technology: web development, digital strategy, app planning, and the decisions that come with them. You can book a 90-minute consultation with him below, or bring him a build directly.

Hire Michael to build it
Want the work done rather than advised on? Michael also takes on web design and build projects directly. Tell him what you have in mind and he'll come back to you on scope, approach and cost.
This is a project request, not a booking. It is separate from the paid 90-minute consultation above. There is no fixed price and nothing is charged for asking; every project is quoted after a conversation about what you need.
