Shipping & delivery
Trinity pieces are printed to order by our fulfillment partner. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days, depending on the product and your location. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping is a single flat rate shown at checkout, so you always see the full cost before paying. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size choices, or ordering the wrong item — please use the size guides and product details before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right — a free replacement or a refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it.
If a package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, reach out and we'll work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it.
Terms of sale
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; The Trinity never receives or stores your card details. Placing an order authorizes the charge shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and sales tax.
Products in the shop are lifestyle and wellness goods. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in the shop is a substitute for professional care.
Books in the “Books & Publications” section are written and published by The Trinity’s founder and are sold and shipped by Amazon rather than by us, so Amazon’s pricing, delivery and returns apply. These are not affiliate links.
