The Trinity Holistic Healing
Reiki Energy Healing
Gentle, hands-on energy work to settle the nervous system and restore balance. Offered in Fort Worth by two certified Reiki practitioners.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice. You rest fully clothed while a trained practitioner uses light touch or hovering hands to support the body's own settling response. Most people describe deep warmth, heaviness, and the kind of quiet the nervous system rarely gets.
At The Trinity, Reiki is offered as part of whole-person care: it pairs beautifully with talk therapy, supports stress and trauma recovery, and needs no belief system to work with, only a willingness to rest.
What a session is like
An hour that belongs entirely to you
Sessions are held in a calm, private space. After a short conversation about what you're carrying, you'll lie down supported and comfortable while your practitioner works slowly from head to feet. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right; many clients drift into a meditative state or simply fall asleep.
People come to Reiki for stress and burnout, anxiety, grief, trauma recovery, sleep trouble, chronic tension, life transitions, or simply to feel like themselves again.
- 60-minute sessions, fully clothed, no belief required
- Supports nervous system regulation and deep rest
- Complements counseling and psychiatric care at the practice
- Card on file and easy online scheduling through your Trinity account
