The Trinity isn't built as one company that absorbs people. It's built as a house that a lot of practitioners share — you keep your own brand, your own clients and your own business, and you get the referral flow, the space, the scheduling, the billing and the marketing of a practice far larger than any of us would be alone.

Who we're looking for
A role for every kind of practitioner
We hire across the whole house, not just the clinical side. If your work belongs in a place that treats people as whole, tell us about it — even if your role isn't listed.
- Clinicians — LPCs, LPC-Associates, LCDCs, psychiatric providers, and supervisors
- Holistic practitioners — Reiki, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, bodywork
- Sports coaches and physical trainers using sport as therapeutic work
- Financial advisors focused on families and household money
- Staff and admin — intake, scheduling, billing, insurance, front of house
- Technology — web, automation, data, and the systems that run the practice
What you get
The parts of practice nobody wants to do alone
Associates get supervision toward licensure. Independent practitioners get referrals and a public profile in front of people already coming here for care. Everyone gets scheduling, payments, reminders and marketing handled by systems the practice already runs.
Clinicians weighing whether to bring an existing caseload with them should look at clinician memberships, which covers listing, tooling and founding rates.
