The Trinity Holistic Healing
Cord Cutting
A guided energetic release of the ties that keep pulling you backward: old relationships, old roles, old versions of you.
Some connections end on paper and keep living in the body. A cord cutting session is a deliberate, guided closing of an energetic tie that is still drawing on you: a former partner, a family pattern, a friendship that ended badly, a version of yourself you have outgrown. You name the tie; the session does the severing, cleanly and without cruelty toward anyone involved.
Vannah leads the work with the same steadiness she brings to the counseling room. It is structured and grounded from the first minute to the last, and you stay present and in charge of the whole thing. Nothing is performed at you, and nothing is done that you did not ask for.
What a session is like
Name the tie, honor what it was, and cut it
The session opens with the naming: who or what the cord runs to, what it cost you, and what you want your life to feel like without it. Vannah then grounds the space and walks you through the release itself, a guided, meditative severing that draws on her somatic and energetic practice. The close is integration: what just changed, and how to keep it changed when the old pull shows up again.
In person at the Fort Worth office or remote by video; the work lands either way. Come knowing what you want to release, or come with only the heaviness and let the first part of the session find its name.

Book a session
Book with Vannah
Cord cutting pairs naturally with her other spiritual work: a tarot reading often finds the cord, and a channeling session often explains it. Book it on its own below, or explore the readings first.
One boundary, stated plainly: if Vannah is your counselor, she cannot also provide your spiritual services. Her counseling clients are welcome to book with any other practitioner here.
