The Trinity Holistic Healing
Transformative Breathwork
Guided breathing practices, including Kundalini Transformative Breathwork, to move stuck energy, release tension, and open into clarity.
Breath is the one lever of the nervous system you can reach on purpose. In a guided session, a trained facilitator leads you through breathing patterns that shift your state, releasing what the body has been holding and opening space for calm, clarity, and sometimes a deep emotional release.
The Trinity offers breathwork with two facilitators. One of them runs Kundalini Transformative Breathwork, a structured practice for moving stagnant energy. Both work inside a safe, trauma-informed container.
What a session is like
Held, guided, and entirely at your pace
Sessions begin with grounding and intention, move through the active breathing practice with your facilitator guiding rhythm and depth, then close with integration: quiet time to absorb what moved. Intensity is yours to dial. The breath does the work, and you stay in control of it.
Clients use breathwork for stress and burnout, anxiety, emotional heaviness, creative blocks, grief, and as a somatic companion to talk therapy.

Going deeper
Breathwork inside a full therapy program
Breath is one of the fastest routes into a dysregulated nervous system, which is why it sits at the center of Vannah's eight-week integrative holistic behavioral IOP, alongside psycho-education, somatic movement, meditation and acupuncture. There are tracks for PTSD and for anxiety.
Most major insurance covers it, and benefits are verified before you're admitted.
