🌸 Meet Our Team
At The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services LLC, we are a collaborative team of clinicians, healers, and wellness practitioners dedicated to whole-person care. We believe that healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are treated as one — not as separate parts.
Our team integrates traditional psychotherapy with holistic and embodied practices such as mindfulness, movement, energy work, and somatic awareness. Together, we create a space where emotional healing meets physical restoration, and clinical care meets compassion and connection.
Each member of our team brings a unique specialty — from trauma-informed therapy to yoga, Reiki, and integrative wellness — allowing us to meet clients wherever they are on their healing journey. We value authenticity, inclusivity, and a deep respect for every person’s story.
At Trinity, we don’t just treat symptoms — we walk beside you as you reconnect to your wholeness, restore balance, and rediscover your true self.

Valerie Cherry-Holmes B.A.,RYT-500
Yoga Instructor & Mind-Body Guide
Valerie’s yoga journey began in 2001, when a simple flyer in a library caught her eye—a person gracefully practicing yoga, radiating self-acceptance and love. That image sparked something within her, inspiring a lifelong relationship with yoga and movement.
Though she couldn’t afford a studio membership at the time, Valerie began visiting different studios across Dallas, immersing herself in the practice wherever she could. In 2011, she completed her 500-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching, stepping fully into her purpose of helping others connect to themselves through mindful movement.
Valerie describes her path as one of discovery—filled with mistakes, progress, learning, and renewal. To her, yoga is not just a practice but a continual invitation home to the self.
She loves all forms of movement and encourages her students to explore what feels good for their bodies. Her teaching style focuses on alignment, longevity, and compassion—because your body matters, and you matter.
